Lying on the ground is another way to ground yourself. You can increase contact this way. You can go the park or the beach quite easily.We recommend at least 20 minutes of lying down to gain the most benefit.

There are certain pieces of equipment available to help ground yourself. It’s an effective way to incorporate grounding therapy into your day to day life and includes:

  • grounding blankets
  • grounding socks
  • grounding bands
